Cash, Cheque & EFT
If you would like to record Cash, Cheque and EFT payments on the system, contact us via support to enable this feature on your account. Once the feature is enabled, follow the below steps to use it.
Click on ‘Accept Payment’.
Enter in the email address of the person you are accepting a payment against.
From the ‘Payment Method’ dropdown list, select your preferred method.
All Cash, Cheque and EFT payments will show on reports under a bank account named 'Non Card Bank Account'.
When refunding a cash, cheque or EFT payment you will be able to select a method for the refund.
